Author Habeeb Habeeb (MBA, CFCI) is an American citizen.  He was born in Lebanon in a Christian home and has lived in the United States since 1973. He came to the United States to study medicine and return to Lebanon but civil war erupted in his homeland preventing his return.

Upon arrival in the United States in 1973, Habeeb attended Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. His wife is an Illinois native who also attended Olivet.

Habeeb is the President & CEO of an Illinois benefits firm.  He is a devoted Christian and an Elder in the Board of Directors of his church.  He teaches Bible classes, leads small groups, and volunteers in local Christian organizations. He also serves on other local and national Board of Directors.

Habeeb frequently speaks to business and civic organizations and American Christian audiences about the history of the Middle East family tree and the root of the Middle East conflict from a Biblical historical perspective. His seminars and classes help explain similarities and differences between Christianity & Islam.

Habeeb passionately teaches that God is the Creator of the whole universe. God has an ‘original purpose’ for all mankind. God “wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all.” (the Bible, I Timothy 2:4-6).

The publication “Middle East Family Tree” helps Christians to learn more about Islam. It also strengthens their Christian beliefs (especially about Old Testament characters) and equips them to have an informed discussion with Muslims.
